Every member of our team brings a unique set of skills in the areas of strategy, management, marketing, design, and technology. We combine our entrepreneurial spirit with detail-oriented planning and execution to ensure success of every project we undertake.

Leadership

The company was founded in early 2009 by Natalie Kaminski, a seasoned technology professional with over a decade of accomplishment-laden experience in the software development industry. Prior to launching FinCode Solutions, Natalie held a number of management positions and hands-on technical roles for several companies including Guidant Corporation (Boston Scientific), Prudential Financials, and Risk Management Foundation of Harvard Medical Institutions.

Natalie graduated cum laude with a BSBA degree in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University. She is also a certified Project Manager. As a person who is dedicated to professional growth and business networking, Natalie is a member of a number of professional associations including 100 Women in Hedge Funds, Project Management Institute, and Quality Management Association of New York.
